| Description | • Perform a quality assurance review and a live review on assigned courses to assure course quality from the content, functionality, and quality perspective.
• Develop new approaches to solving problems identified during quality assurance activities.
• Review and compare the instructional design story board against the online course.
• Document identified errors to the Standard QA Form along with suggestions on improvement wherever possible to the multimedia and content teams.
• Work with information that is technical in nature and ensure that the information is communicated in the best way possible.
• Proofread online courses while adhering to the author’s intended message.
• Review and improve course quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Must be familiar with American and British accents.
• Match course audio with the provided audio script
• Take note of any discrepancies found in audio.
• Understanding of Spanish, Arabic & Urdu will be an added plus.
• Ability to work on multiple platforms
• QA-ing courses on company specific tools
• Knowledge of Flash and previous quality assurance experience will be an added plus
• Should have good knowledge of web-based training |
